How do I get my access cards?
Before moving to Podium Park, provide the property manager with your access profiles to specify authorization levels stored on your access cards. The lease agreement provides for the initial number of cards. These cards will be issued to your company. You are free to allocate them as you wish, so you are required to keep internal records. It should enable identification of the card user. This is for our common security.
You will receive the cards on premises hand-over.
Rules for building access and communication in the building
Podium Park may only be entered with a properly programmed smart card. There is a control system to check access rights. The lift can also be used with the card. Here is a brief instruction on how to do this.

Cards look
Personalised cards or cards from external companies cannot be ordered. The cards all look the same and the only way to personalise them is to put stickers on them. If you choose to do so, care must be taken not to cover your card number.
Issuing new cards
No need to rack your brains over exactly how many access cards your company needs at the start as we can always issue more for a fee! They can be ordered by sending an email request to building security. The application should contain all the data necessary for their programming.
Access management
Each card can be programmed to give you access to different areas, such as bike lockers or dedicated office access hours. Choose what you need and customise the card to suit you!
CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP
Provide building security with an email request to modify access data on the access card.
Don’t forget to include the serial number of the card you want to modify.
Building security will implement the changes as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged card
One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to building security immediately to block access. The tenant bears the cost of issuing a new card in line with current market prices. You will receive the card as soon as possible.
