For couriers
Reception
Receptions employees have their hands full to ensure the security of building users, to respond to their needs, and also to ensure the smooth visitor flow. That is why they are not involved in courier collection.
Pro tip
Ordering something really big? Inform the courier of the size of the corridors in your office and the target location on a given floor.
Small and medium-sized parcels
Couriers with parcels of medium size or less are welcome through the main entrance. Any bulky packages, such as furniture, a photocopier or a full-sized date palm, should be brought in through the back entrance by the cargo lift. See the section for larger deliveries for details.
Supply zone
All deliveries in either large quantities or of considerable size should be arranged so as not to interfere with building access by other users. There is some reciprocity to it: the users won’t impede the unloading and transfer of goods to their destination. Therefore, such operations can only be carried out between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM and on Saturdays and Sundays. They must also be reported in writing to the building manager three days in advance. At least to avoid… another large delivery. The notification shall include the planned delivery date, details of the supplier and employees who will provide this service in the building, details of the weight, size and type of the equipment to be delivered, and details of the tenant representative responsible for coordinating the delivery.
Large deliveries enter the building via the underground car park or the rear entrance next to the cargo lift. The main entrance may be used only in exceptional cases if approved by the building manager.
Pro tip
Vehicles up to 2.2 metres high can enter the underground car park. Owners of taller ones who nevertheless decide to enter need to expect to have their vehicle transformed into a convertible.
Overground parking for large delivery vehicles
Not all vans will fit in our underground car park, but we are prepared for this. We have prepared delivery zones for them near the buildings. Goods are then delivered via the rear entrance next to the cargo lift.
