Got a pet? Great! In most cases, feel free to take it to your office in Podium Park. You just need to remember to follow the rules below, as not every user of the building will feel comfortable around pets.
You are fully responsible for your pet’s behaviour. By all means, please ensure that your pet is not a disruption to those using the building.
The cleanliness of the building and its surroundings ought to be maintained to the point where you can’t tell the difference that you happen to have your pet inside. We understand that all sorts of things can occur, which is why you need to carry a remedy on standby that will restore the place to its original state. In particular, ones that will help you remove the poop straight away.
Please bring your pet into the building on a leash (not exceeding 1 m in lenght) or in a pet carrier. If your pet is on a leash and might pose a danger, please put a muzzle on it. Remember that you are familiar with your pet and feel safe around them. Other people using the building might not know your pet and may not share this feeling. Furthermore, your pet may be stressed by a new place and lots of strangers around and react aggressively to the situation.
Pets may only be brought into the building through the door leading directly to the lift lobby.

You must not leave your pet unattended either in or around the building.
Dogs are not permitted in cafés, restaurants or on the lawns between buildings. This does not apply to guide dogs for the blind or service dogs for the disabled. Remember that such dogs must be clearly identified.
Would you like to transport your pet in a lift? All people inside the lift must agree to this. Should a person enter at one of the stops who does not accept the lift ride with your pet, you must leave the lift at the nearest stop.
As the owner, you agree to remove your pet from the Podium Park premises if it causes a nuisance to other building users.
It is not permitted to bring into the building dogs of breeds listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 28 April 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive. This also applies to pets that behave aggressively or may pose a threat, as well as terrarium pets.
