Our cleaning company
The common areas of the building are cleaned by Turboclean by TCC.
Would you like them to clean your office too? No problem! Contact their representative. The frequency and scope of services are up to you. They can also clean at weekends. However, you are free to choose another company.
Upon signing a contract with a cleaning company, you should provide the building manager with the following information:
- name of the cleaning company,
- its registered office details,
- details of the person responsible for supervising the cleaning work and of the people cleaning your offices.
Those doing some work in the building will need access cards too. These should be requested from the building manager. They are issued against payment.
Pro tip
Cleaning is just one of the many services provided by Turboclean by TCC. If you sign a separate contract with them, you can also order disinfection, disinfestation, sanitary supplies for your office or carpet cleaning. If you would like to use their offer, please contact a representative.
Waste sorting
We are committed to eco-friendly solutions and expect you to adopt this approach. You’re expected to sort your waste according to current guidelines. Where to dispose of it? Waste containers are located in a specially designated room on the ground floor. They can be found next to the exit to the underground car park. You can get there from outside via the fire road.
